Shipping Your Package

The MisterU team does everything possible to process your orders as quickly as possible.

Delivery of Your Package

During the ordering process, you will have the choice between home delivery or pickup point delivery (for certain items only). Delivery costs and times vary depending on the type of delivery selected (home or pickup point) as well as the destination country.

We reserve the right to select the carrier based on the type of package and the delivery location. We work with several carriers, including Bpost, DPD, Chronopost, PostNL, Colis Privé, Mondial Relay, and GLS.

Delivery Charges

Delivery is free in Belgium for orders over €50. In other European countries, delivery is free* for purchases over €75, and in the rest of the world for orders over €100 (including VAT and excluding delivery costs). *Only the most economical deliveries (home or pickup point) are free.

Shipping costs include preparation, packaging, and postage fees.

Shopping Tips

We recommend that you combine all your items into a single order. Upon request by email, we can combine two separately placed orders, as long as they have not yet been prepared or shipped. Packages are shipped at your own risk, but extra care is taken with fragile items.

The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate, and your items are properly protected.
